Works on Paper

I create drawings to process my research and concepts outside of their translation into abstraction. These drawings play with visual language, explore the larger workings of the cosmos, draw on personal experiences, encounter mysticism, question our human-centered time-based stories, and dream of new futures.

Prints

These works translate three-dimensional collages into print and photographic mediums. Each multiple gets so far removed from the original piece so that is source becomes veiled. Much like a literary metonymy, this kind of source archive of fragments creates a parallel for how visual structures help shape collective history, memory, religion, and mythology.
